'You' or 'client' - refers to you as a business or individual purchasing our services or goods.
'Goods' or 'services' - refers to our lace wigs/hair pieces, lace wig care products or work provide by us Fabulace Beauty Ltd.
Provided reasonable notice is given we have the right to vary our prices and terms & conditions.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Fabulace Beauty can only process any stock orders through our website once full payment has been received. When ordering a custom lace wig we accept a partial payment upfront and then our clients can pay the remaining amount when collecting or before we post out your order. A receipt will be emailed once payment is confirmed and received.
If you require to place an order for a lace wig or our services, payment can be transfer into our Fabulace Wigs account. When ordering a lace wig through our website, please email us at email@example.com with all your details and requirements and we will provide information regarding the price and delivery time.
Our website accepts Pay Pal, Visa Debits and credit card payments. Pay Pal is a free and secure payment option that allows you to make a payment quickly, easily and securely. Pay Pal is an online payment service that allows you to send money from your credit card or bank account, to a variety of recipients, without sharing and financial information. If you already have a Pay Pal account, you will be prompted to sign in at the checkout. Please visit https://www.paypal.com/ for more details.
If you require our mobile services, payment must be paid in full in advance through a bank transfer before we can attend any appointment. If for any reason you or our consultant have to cancel an appointment after making a mobile service fee payment, we will either reschedule a appointment or make a refund as soon as possible. We only accept cash at appointments when using our beauty services or when paying an outstanding amount on a pre-ordered lace wig.
Our goods our safely shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All our goods are delivered 1st class recorded which requires a signature. We will email your postal tracking number allowing you to track your goods online once payment has been received.
- Stock lace wigs ordered through order website, including products will be delivered within 1 - 2 working days. A tracking number will be provided once payment has cleared and your order is being delivered. .
- Stock lace wigs ordered through email or consultation will be delivered within approximately 3 - 5 working days or can be collected from our office address provide sufficient notice is given.
- Custom made goods will be delivered within approximately 5 - 6 weeks or 3 - 4 weeks depending on your order.
- We also offer a Rush order service for an extra £30.00, which allows your custom made goods to be delivered within approximately 2 - 3 weeks or 3 - 4 weeks depending on your order. Our rush order service is available depending on the time of year an order has been made, due to circumstances out of our control in the country of our manufacturers our Rush order service can not always be offered.
We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery for your goods; we can only advise you of the estimated date and will make all efforts to get your goods to you in the time period specified.
If we are unable to meet the delivery time due to public holidays in the countries of our manufacturers or other circumstances which are out of are control (for example national strikes etc), we will contact you to inform you and arrange an alternative delivery schedule. We do not offer any discount, exchange or refund due to late delivery of goods.
Fabulace Beauty will not be held liable for any delays or if goods are damaged in transit.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Once you have received your lace wig/hair piece you will need to inspect it by trying it on, making sure the goods fits you correctly and adheres to your order specifications. Please make sure the lace wig/hair piece is correct to your specifications before cutting the lace.
· Do not cut the lace if you are not happy with your goods. Once the lace is cut of the lace wig/hair piece we will not exchange or refund the goods.
If you purchase a stock lace wig/hair piece and decide you are not happy with the goods, we will only exchange or refund up to 7 days from receipt of delivery or purchase only if the lace has not been cut and the goods are still completely in its original state and packaging. Please note we can not process any refund or exchange until we receive and inspected the lace wig/hair piece. If you require a refund we will deduct the delivery costs we have incurred.
If you require a refund or exchange, the goods will need to be sent back to Fabulace Beautys office address in its original state. Shipping costs will need to be paid in advance by the customer.
A custom made lace wig/hair piece is specifically design for you, therefore if you purchase any custom made goods and decide you are not happy, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We will only be able to adjust a custom lace wig/hair piece if it will be regarded as completely different to your order, for example the colour, texture, cap size or length you specified is completely different. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any head mold charges or if the goods have been personalised by your request.
If we receive your lace wig/hair piece and it has been adjusted and is not in its original state, we will not exchange, adjust or refund your goods and will inform you and post back your original order. Postage costs will need to be paid by customer in advance.
Original state; hair or lace wig has been altered in any way, for example the hair or lace has been dyed, highlighted, cut and is not the original texture. If the lace has been altered or cut we will not exchange, adjust or refund your lace wig.
You the customer are responsible for all exchange, adjustment or refund shipping costs. We advise all customers to post their exchange or refund Special Recorded and to inform us of the tracking number, as we will not be held responsible for any lost exchanges or returns. We will only process an exchange or refund once the goods have been received and inspected, please allow approximately 7 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
We advise you to do a skin test of the adhesives/products you intend to use, allowing approximately 24 hours making sure there are no allergic reactions or effects. We as suppliers of the finest lace wigs use a silicone based product called No Tape glue. There are a whole range of different products to apply your lace wig/hair pieces with, we can only inform you on products we use and do not recommend any particular brand for our clients to use. It is for you to experiment and research different brands to ensure you find the correct adhesive and products for your skin. We will not be held liable for or any allergic skin reactions, effects, illness for adhesives/products used nor for the timescale your lace wig is attached for.
If we apply and attach your lace wig/hair piece to your skin, we will not be held responsible or liable for any skin reactions, irritations, allergies, illnesses or affects you may have or determine the timescale your lace wig/hair piece will be attached.
Take care and maintain your lace wig/hair piece by washing and deep conditioning your goods regularly to prevent it drying out. Please gently brush the hair daily with a wide comb or your fingers to prevent the hair from tangling and try to avoid using any clips or grips as this can cause your lace to tear. Please do not brush the hair excessively as it will pull the hairs out causing the hair on your lace wig to shed.
When purchasing a lace wig/hair piece we advise you to use our Fabulace Beauty Hair Care Guide. Please use this as a guide for your general information purposes only. Our information provided is not intended to replace medical advice given by a physician, please check the information with your doctor and health care provider prior to purchasing any goods.
We at Fabulace Beauty are not liable for any affects or damages which arise from any of the information provided.
Our goods do not come with any guarantees. When adhered correctly our lace wigs/hair pieces can stay on for approximately 2-3 weeks, although the timescale can differ as all skin types can be different, it also depends on how you manage your lace wig/hair piece and how active you may be. We cannot guarantee the time period your goods will remain attached to your skin. A lace wig/hair piece could stay on one client for 3 weeks where as another client if may only be attached for a few days.
When having your lace wig/hair piece fitted by Fabulace Beauty please understand the adhesive we use is not permanent therefore the goods will eventually lift, which you will then need to clean and remove the unit before re-fitting.
If purchasing any stock goods please remember that the lace wig/hair piece has not been customised for you, therefore the lace colour may not be an exact match or the wig may not be your exact cap size. We are not responsible for any complaints you may have at a later date regarding the colour of the lace, hair colour, the fit of the lace wig or any other opinions.
Please be aware that the hair on the wig/hair piece will eventually become thinner. We advise you to purchase a TDI Knot sealer £22.00 to reduce the shedding. If for some reason your order has a fault, this we be apparent within the first 4 weeks of wearing your unit. Please be aware that we will not be able to offer any free repair on any fault after 4 weeks once you have received your order.

You have the right to cancel an order within 12 hours once an order has been placed.
